Accountabilities:

    The Partner Enablement Architect will lead the development and execution of scalable enablement programs that improve partner readiness, technical competency, and sales effectiveness. This role requires ownership of the full training lifecycle, from curriculum design and content creation to live delivery and continuous optimization.

    • Design and develop modular enablement curricula for different partner audiences, including resellers, strategic alliances, and global integration partners.
    • Create and maintain instructor-led training programs, including virtual sessions, workshops, and multi-day bootcamps.
    • Manage the full lifecycle of training content, ensuring materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with product updates and market changes.
    • Translate complex cybersecurity, cloud, and technical concepts into clear and engaging learning experiences for both technical and business audiences.
    • Deliver high-quality training sessions through virtual platforms, partner locations, company offices, and industry events.
    • Adapt training approaches based on audience needs while maintaining strong engagement, technical credibility, and practical business outcomes.
    • Collect participant feedback and use insights to continuously improve enablement programs and learning materials.
    • Collaborate with partner leadership, sales teams, product marketing, and enablement stakeholders to align training initiatives with strategic objectives.
    • Manage partner learning resources, enablement platforms, and training libraries to ensure accessibility and consistency.
    • Track program performance through metrics such as completion rates, assessments, and feedback to optimize effectiveness.
    • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and content updates across multiple teams while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Support broader initiatives that enhance partner success and ecosystem growth.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. They should have experience building partner-focused learning programs and delivering engaging training experiences in fast-moving technology environments.

      • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, partner enablement, or channel enablement roles.
      • Experience working in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud technology, or other technical industries preferred.
      • Proven experience delivering instructor-led training for external audiences, including workshops and multi-day learning programs.
      • Strong instructional design capabilities with a focus on creating practical, performance-driven learning experiences.
      • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse technical and business audiences.
      • Experience maintaining and evolving training content in response to product releases and business changes.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver programs end-to-end.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality in learning materials.
      • Proficiency with content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
      • Familiarity with enablement platforms, learning management systems, and sales technology tools.
      • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve content creation, quality, and operational efficiency.
      • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including cloud security, data protection, AI risk, or security posture management.
      • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for partner training sessions and events.
