We are currently exporting to over 17 countries from India.Read to learn more ▶️ https://lnkd.in/gd7brT8SJob SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business development efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing inbound marketing leads. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, validating business requirements, researching customer information, and ensuring high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team for further engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesQualify and evaluate inbound marketing leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.Engage with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, including product grade, purity, end-use application, quantity requirements, and procurement timelines.Conduct lead nurturing activities by validating company details, customer profiles, and purchase intent.Research and verify prospect information using company websites, online portals, LinkedIn, industry databases, and other available resources.Assess lead quality based on predefined qualification criteria and maintain an organized lead pipeline.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and lead information in CRM systems.Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.Track lead status, maintain activity records, and prepare periodic reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.Continuously build knowledge of the company's products, applications, and target industries to effectively engage with prospects.Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the qualification process.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of one or more South Indian languages will be an added advantage.Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and reporting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and validate information from multiple sources.Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.Quick learner with the ability to understand products, business processes, and market dynamics.High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining CRM data.Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, or Customer Engagement.Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools is preferred.Prior experience in B2B industries, chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
