Accountabilities:

    • Lead a team of 5–8 full-stack growth engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation, ownership, and high technical standards
    • Drive the design, execution, and optimization of growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels
    • Partner with product, design, marketing, and analytics teams to define technical strategy and align on growth roadmaps
    • Define and track key performance and engineering metrics to measure experimentation impact, product health, and delivery efficiency
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery of growth experiments, ensuring strong execution from ideation through deployment and measurement
    • Improve engineering quality and velocity by implementing best practices in testing, scalability, observability, and system design
    • Build and maintain agile delivery plans, proactively manage risks, and ensure predictable execution across cross-functional initiatives
    • Mentor, coach, and develop engineers while leading hiring, performance management, and team growth initiatives
    • Identify and drive investments in platform capabilities that improve experimentation speed, reliability, and developer experience
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering management roles
      • Strong background leading growth, product, or consumer-facing engineering teams in fast-paced environments
      • Deep expertise in modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, AWS, Postgres, and Kubernetes
      • Experience working with agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
      • Proven ability to build and optimize subscription-based and e-commerce growth systems, including pricing, trials, churn, and retention
      • Strong collaboration skills with marketing, product, UX, and executive stakeholders
      • Experience managing full engineering lifecycle responsibilities including hiring, coaching, and performance management
      • Solid understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
      • Ability to balance technical execution with strategic thinking and business impact
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
      • Experience with Shopify, headless CMS, or similar e-commerce infrastructure is a plus
      • Familiarity with mobile/desktop ecosystems or AI-driven personalization is a plus
