Coordinator - Claims Service
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This has a hybrid working arrangement that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Coordinator - Claims Service
We will count on you to:
Registration, Processing and Adjudication of claims within turnaround time.
Compute claims settlement and verify reimbursements from insurers are correct.
Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients.
Where needed, interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks.
Prepare claims statistic report on a monthly basis.
Proactively identify problems with the team or client and present solutions.
Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department.
Update documentation of processes.
What you need to have:
Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline; insurance or claims experience is an advantage.
1-3 years experience in claims processing/ claims handling are encouraged to apply
Knowledge in General Insurance background

Good communication skills, is proficient in English and /or other languages
A team player who is hardworking, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Possess good problem-solving ability, interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
