The Sales Coordinator will be part of the Sales Department working with the entire team. We take pride in offering the most array of marketing solutions to every type of business. We have 4 Broadcast TV Stations, 2 websites, 3 mobile apps and a full-scale digital marketing agency specializing in services such as streaming, display search, and video. This position is vital to our sales team and has major growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesEnter and manage TV and digital advertising campaign orders, including commercial traffickingBuild and update sales reportsCreate client presentationsLearn and use research tools to support sales and drive revenuePerform other duties as assignedRequirements/SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to learn industry research tools and software, including Nielsen, ComScore, Marshall Marketing, Kantar, WideOrbit, and Matrix (training provided)Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree, vocational school or equivalent experience required.Work Environment/Mental/Physical Requirements: This position requires a positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and challenges.
