Technicien Peinture Carrosserie H/F
Sous la hiérarchie du Responsable Régional des ventes et en collaboration avec le Responsable du développement commercial, le Responsable Technico-Commercial a pour mission principale l'atteinte, par sa forte expertise technique et ses compétences commerciales, des objectifs de vente qui lui sont assignés en s'appuyant sur la fidélisation des clients existants et en support technique des conquêtes prospects sur la Région Rhône-Alpes.
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS
Vos principales missions s'axent autour de la fidélisation client, le développement commercial et le reporting.
Fidélisation:
- Assurer et entretenir la relation avec l'ensemble des interlocuteurs chez le distributeur et le carrossier;
- Planifier et assurer un suivi commercial et technique régulier des comptes clés;
- Assurer le maintien qualitatif et quantitatif de son portefeuille de clients actifs existant;
- Former les technico-commerciaux de ses distributeurs aux produits et aux process d’application (produit, matériel, couleur et informatique).
Développement commercial:
- Coordonner les démonstrations et installations avec les carrossiers et les distributeurs;
- Analyser et optimiser le mix produit des clients carrossiers;
- Déployer l'offre de services Business Solution (audits d'atelier, analyses de ratios, amélioration de l'efficacité et de la rentabilité des opérations de carrosserie);
- Appliquer et faire respecter la politique commerciale et technique de PPG auprès des distributeurs et des carrossiers (produits, méthodologie, matériels et outils couleurs).
Reporting:
- Gestion quotidienne des outils de reporting (CRM);
- Assurer la veille concurrentielle chez les carrossiers et les distributeurs de son secteur.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Une expérience en application de peinture est indispensable;
- 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans le secteur de l’après-vente automobile ou industriel;
- Maîtrise du Pack Office;
- Connaissance des indicateurs clés de performance des carrossiers;
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
