What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for our customers across Victoria, Melbourne and surrounding areas. Your work ensures that critical medical and surgical equipment performs flawlessly—because when it matters most, reliability saves lives.

  • Deliver preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Stryker equipment at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly—even in high-pressure clinical settings
  • Build trusted relationships with hospital teams as their technical advisor
  • Manage your own schedule and travel across the region with autonomy

  • Demonstrated experience managing difficult or high-stakes conversations with customers or stakeholders — and achieving a positive outcome

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience servicing medical devices or healthcare equipment
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in hospital or clinical environments
