- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends: Saturday & Sunday | 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Job Overview
An autonomous vehicle company is hiring a Body Shop Service Technician to help maintain and repair its electric vehicle fleet.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll handle maintenance, light repairs, and body work to keep vehicles safe and road-ready.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and document vehicle damage
- Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs
- Complete routine maintenance (brakes, tires, fluids, etc.)
- Monitor vehicle condition and report issues early
- Support towing and emergency vehicle handling
- Move vehicles for service, repairs, and cleaning
- Keep the shop and fleet clean and organized
- Perform body work (panel alignment, bumper repair, cosmetic fixes)
Requirements
- Experience with automotive repair and body work
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to identify cosmetic vs. structural damage
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with electric or autonomous vehicles
- Experience with sanding, priming, or paint touch-ups
- Welding or advanced body repair experience
