Role responsibilities

The Senior Director, Clinical Operations leads the SCI-CTO clinical research operations organization, managing all aspects of adult and pediatric clinical trials. This role involves building a skilled team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful clinical trial implementations.

Requirements

Candidates should have demonstrated leadership experience in clinical trials and research teams, preferably with oncology experience. An advanced degree in nursing or relevant fields is preferred, along with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial management.
