Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency. With AI redefining the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. Our diverse team of technologists have developed a high performance RISC-V CPU from scratch, and share a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems. We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities.

At Tenstorrent, we build computers for AI, and the developers shaping its future. We believe in an open future. Our architecture and software are designed to be edited, forked, and owned. At the center of all of this are people. The right team is not a nice-to-have, it is existential. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and bringing in the people building and scaling the systems behind our growth. You will help hire the talent that keeps our supply chain resilient, our operations efficient, and our teams ready to execute as we scale.
