Key Responsibilities Lead and support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and productivity improvement projects. Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance. Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops. Develop  action plans to achieve productivity and cost reduction targets. Support line balancing, capacity optimization, and workflow improvements. Drive shop-floor excellence and sustain continuous improvement culture. Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. Job Requirement MBA/PGDM or B.Tech in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management from a reputed/esteemed institution preferred. 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Production Engineering, or Operations Excellence roles.
