Issues Management (IM) / Corrective Action & Prevention Action (CAPA) Science/Engineering Project Leader (Project Leader 2/3)

Role responsibilities

The Issues Management (IM)/Corrective Action & Prevention Action (CAPA) Project Leader will lead fact findings, root cause analyses, and manage the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. They will also coordinate assessments, audits, and develop CAPA-related training and metrics.

Requirements

Candidates must have a working knowledge of project management, manufacturing processes, and CAPA programs, with a minimum of 5 years of experience for level 2 and 8 years for level 3. Strong communication skills and experience in continuous improvement methodologies are also required.
