MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the RESOURCES MANAGEMENT BRANCH (CODE 1102.2) of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. You will prepare reports and statistics on appraisal system information and keep employees and managers informed of changes to the programs. You will utilize various data sources to create reports to identify and evaluate trends or areas of concern. You will prepare justification packages for new billets and/or high grade actions. You will identify data required for use in the management and direction of programs. You will analyze new or proposed regulations to determine impact on program operations and management.
