Description -
The Materials Development group is responsible for a range of multidisciplinary subsystems, including the development of Printing Blankets, certification of Primers, and advancement of High-End Applications. The group specializes in the development of polymer-based materials as well as collaborating with leading global companies to deliver high-quality rubber-based products, primers, and adhesives utilized in the printing process.
Job Summary
- We are seeking for an exceptional multidisciplinary researcher with a unique knowledge in polymers and materials science to act as a hands-on system engineer of several sub-systems to lead few of our focus areas
- The Researcher shall be required to demonstrate both independent thinking skills and capabilities as well as working as a team member collaborating with researchers of different disciplines
- Management background is an advantage
Responsibilities and Job Requirements
- Design and execute key research projects in materials development
- Collaborate, exchange knowledge and work together with the team on ongoing tests
- Perform an in-depth literature review and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the organization
- Effective communication skills - both written, verbal and presentation
Education & Experience Recommended
- M.Sc / Ph.D in materials sciences - Materials eng., Chemical eng., Chemist, Practical Physicist or a closely related field
- Few years of relevant work experience, preferably in related fields
- Experience in the printing and/or plastic industry is an advantage
