Accountabilities:

    As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide strategic guidance and operational support to leaders, helping align people strategies with business objectives while improving organizational effectiveness and employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Acting as a trusted advisor to assigned leaders, providing expertise in workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
    • Partnering with leadership teams to translate business priorities into scalable people strategies and support organizational growth initiatives.
    • Supporting performance management, coaching, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development programs.
    • Advising leaders on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and complex people decisions with fairness and consistency.
    • Using workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities while delivering recommendations that support business outcomes.
    • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, Legal, People Operations, and other HR teams to deliver integrated solutions.
    • Supporting organizational design, change management initiatives, and workforce transformation efforts.
    • Leveraging AI tools, automation, and analytics to improve HR operations, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
    • Identifying opportunities to optimize HR processes through continuous improvement and scalable solutions.
    • Maintaining knowledge of employment regulations, HR best practices, and evolving workforce trends to ensure effective and compliant practices.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with strong business partnership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. You should bring:

      • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner.
      • Proven experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change initiatives.
      • Strong ability to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
      • Solid business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.
      • Excellent consulting, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
      • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude to improve productivity through research, documentation, automation, analysis, and workflow optimization.
      • Experience supporting organizational transformation, workforce planning, or change management initiatives is preferred.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
      • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
      • Experience working with global teams or multinational organizations is preferred.
      • Strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary range of $75,000–$115,000 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.
        • Discretionary bonus opportunity of 10% of annual base salary.
