The Role
Role Summary
Reporting to the Global Solutioning VP, the Manager, Solutioning Catalogue & Costing Tools (SDM) is responsible for accelerating the effectiveness of Kyndryl’s global solutioning community by enabling the creation of high-quality, customer-facing solution content and structured internal solution assets.
This leader owns the end-to-end Solutioning Catalogue capability—ensuring that solutioners across Kyndryl countries can rapidly access clear, consistent, and competitive solution descriptions, cost models, costing guidance, and supporting materials required to build winning proposals and Statements of Work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and Scale the Solutioning Catalogue
- Define and manage a comprehensive Solutioning Catalogue covering solution descriptions, cost models, costing guidance, and reusable SOW artefacts.
- Ensure catalogue content is derived with traceability from Global Consult, Practices, and Delivery organizations.
- Establish governance to ensure content is maintained and regularly refreshed.
- Drive global accessibility while ensuring local market validation.
2. Drive Solution Content Quality and Standardisation
- Set global standards for solution documentation.
- Partner with solutioning, delivery, and consult teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Solutioning Integration Team.
3. Own SDM (Solutioning Costing Tool)
- Own design and evolution of SDM costing tool.
- Ensure accuracy and governance of master data including labour cost.
- Partner with Finance for data quality.
4. Enable Automation and AI-Driven Solutioning
- Drive automation and agent-enabled solutioning.
- Promote use of Solutioning Data ecosystem.
5. Lead a Distributed Global Team
- Lead teams across Costa Rica and Czech Republic.
- Drive engagement, performance, and innovation.
6. Strengthen Global and Country Alignment
- Ensure adoption across countries.
- Build collaboration across Consult, Practices, Delivery, and Solutioning.
