Key job responsibilities
You'll have opportunities to:

• This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India

Basic qualifications

- Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience creating dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data
- Experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
- Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries
- Experience with Excel

Preferred qualifications

- • Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player. • Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. • Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks. Comfortable with large data sets. • Highly analytical and quantitative skills and detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. • Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools. • Proficiency in Excel Macros; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred. • Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts, decisions, and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders.
