Here, you’ll have the tools and opportunities to advance your career while creating software that changes the world. **Your role and responsibilities** Design, construct, and deploy highly efficient and reliable data pipelines that seamlessly transfer data across various platforms, including Data Warehouses and real-time systems. ● Develop deep expertise in these data pipelines and manage their Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal performance. ● Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists and business stakeholders to create internal data products aimed at boosting operational efficiencies across the organization. ● Contribute to the upkeep of cloud Infrastructure i.e managing IAM permissions, creation of Service Accounts and availing various GCP services to name a few ● Ensure data quality, integrity and performance across pipelines **Required technical and professional expertise** 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Engineering including internship with a technology company. ● Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Science. ● High level understanding of data models and ETL/ELT fundamentals. ● Structured thinking, and know how to slice and dice the data to investigate issues. ● Communicate clearly, especially to technical audiences effectively, both verbally and in writing. ● Hands on experience in working with Orchestration tool like Airflow ● Good to have experience in real time pipelines and event driven architecture ● Have a hunger for learning and adopting to new technologies IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
