Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, ensuring contract performance, alignment with objectives, and overall client satisfaction.
    • Lead and supervise contractor personnel, including staffing, task assignment, performance monitoring, and operational coordination.
    • Manage cradle-to-grave federal acquisition activities, including acquisition planning, market research, solicitation development, award, and post-award administration.
    • Prepare, review, and maintain acquisition documentation such as plans, determinations, solicitations, evaluation materials, contract awards, and modifications.
    • Support proposal evaluations, negotiations, source selections, contract awards, and lifecycle contract administration.
    • Maintain accurate electronic contract files and develop reports, metrics, and performance updates.
    • Ensure full compliance with applicable federal acquisition regulations, policies, and best practices while supporting continuous process improvement.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
      • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in program management, federal contracting, acquisition planning, or related disciplines.
      • Active or previously maintained federal acquisition certification (or equivalent) for at least five years.
      • Strong expertise in cradle-to-grave federal acquisition processes, including FAR compliance, contract administration, market research, and procurement strategy.
      • Experience managing multiple concurrent acquisition actions in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Preferred: experience with federal health or civilian government acquisition environments and supervising acquisition teams.
      • Preferred: familiarity with electronic contract writing tools and Integrated Contract Expert (ICE) systems.
