At Arista, we take pride in our track record of success and strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance in everything we do.Job DescriptionWho You'll Work WithYou will collaborate with customers, partners, account teams, TAC, and engineering organizations to drive the adoption and success of SD-WAN/SD-Branch and enterprise networking solutions. As a trusted technical advisor, you will work across pre-sales and post-sales engagements, helping customers architect, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize scalable, secure, and resilient network infrastructures. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced pre/ post-sales support for SD-WAN/VeloCloud and networking deployments.Review customer network designs and recommend deployment best practices.Lead or assist with migrations and interconnectivity between multi-vendor environments.Develop and validate network configurations and implementation plans.Support implementation activities, change controls, and production rollouts.Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and in-depth testing to validate solution designs.Perform software/code reviews and provide upgrade and bug remediation recommendations.Proven knowledge of VeloCloud solutions such as VCE/VCG/VCO deploymentSolid experience in integration of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution vendors into VeloCloud SolutionAct as the technical liaison between customers, TAC, product engineering, and development teams.Advise customers on network architecture, product capabilities, prerequisites, and design considerations.Translate business and operational requirements into scalable SD-WAN and networking solutions.Support pre-sales teams with solution design, technical workshops, and customer presentations.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to customer and partner teams.Stay current with emerging technologies and maintain expertise through continuous learning.Contribute to process improvements and undertake additional technical responsibilities as required.QualificationsQualificationsMust be fluent in English and MandarinBS/CS/CE Business or Technical degree required; MBA/MS degree a strong plusNetwork Industry Certification preferred (e.g. CCIE (R&S), JNCIE, ACE-5,6,7)You possess a minimum of 5+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience with a focus on Data Center, Campus, and WIFI solutionsStrong presentation and selling skills including communication of complex technical materialSolid understanding and knowledge of how to build successful relationships between an equipment manufacturer and a customer base of executives, architects, engineers and operations teamsGood interpersonal skills, customer relations skills, and problem management skills, with the ability to stay calm...
