Accountabilities:

    • Manage structural engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, schedule, and contractual requirements.
    • Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast billing, and proactively address financial risks to maximize project profitability.
    • Coordinate project schedules by facilitating project kickoffs, planning sessions, progress reviews, and regular team check-ins.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by managing communications, attending meetings, providing project updates, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout project execution.
    • Monitor project scope, identify out-of-scope work, lead change management discussions, and negotiate scope, budget, and schedule adjustments when necessary.
    • Coordinate internal and external project resources, including outsourced partners, to ensure appropriate staffing and successful project execution.
    • Collaborate with technical teams and leadership to resolve project challenges, remove roadblocks, and maintain efficient workflows.
    • Prepare accurate project reports, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and established processes.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering within a fast-paced project environment.
      • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
      • Demonstrated success coordinating multidisciplinary or virtual project teams.
      • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, scope management, and client relationship management.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to build productive relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present project updates clearly and professionally.
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
      • Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% as required.
