Accountabilities
- Develop and continuously refine ideal customer profiles by identifying target industries, decision-makers, company sizes, and business challenges aligned with AI consulting and audit services.
- Build, segment, enrich, and maintain high-quality prospect databases using modern outbound prospecting and automation tools.
- Manage the technical health of outbound email infrastructure, including domains, inbox rotation, email warm-up, authentication protocols, deliverability monitoring, and bounce management.
- Create compelling, highly personalized cold email campaigns that address business pain points and encourage meaningful engagement.
- Launch, manage, and optimize multi-step outbound email sequences while ensuring campaign performance and compliance with best practices.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing across messaging, subject lines, audience segments, and campaign strategies to maximize response rates and booked meetings.
- Monitor campaign performance through detailed analytics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve conversion and pipeline quality.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end B2B cold email campaigns with measurable success in generating qualified sales opportunities or booked meetings.
- Strong technical knowledge of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox rotation, warm-up processes, bounce management, and sender reputation.
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales and marketing platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, or comparable solutions.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft personalized, conversion-focused cold email messaging tailored to business audiences.
- Experience supporting organizations within AI, SaaS, consulting, agencies, professional services, or other B2B technology sectors is highly valued.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate performance insights clearly.
- Comfortable working independently, managing outbound infrastructure using personal software licenses where required, and maintaining availability during Eastern Time business hours.
- Highly organized, accountable, execution-focused, and capable of adapting outreach strategies based on changing market conditions and campaign performance.
