- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance system architecture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with CommerceTools Commerce Platform.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience in integrating security protocols and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and system software components relevant to enterprise environments.
