Accountabilities:
- Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions in a telehealth environment, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care
- Support women’s mental health needs across reproductive life stages, including perinatal, postpartum, and menopause transitions
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapeutic treatment planning
- Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and case discussions to enhance care quality
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records systems in compliance with clinical standards
- Collaborate within a virtual care model to ensure continuity and coordination of care
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in women’s behavioral health and teletherapy delivery
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and clinical presentations
- Active, independent clinical license as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Psychologist
- Minimum 1 year of experience in women’s mental health, including maternal mental health and/or perimenopause care
- Prior experience delivering therapy via telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records and digital clinical tools
- Tech-savvy with strong adaptability to virtual care systems and workflows
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment
- Multi-state licensure in states such as AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, or VA is highly preferred
- Passion for improving access to mental healthcare for underserved populations
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $70–$75 depending on service type
- Flexible, fully remote contract arrangement with no minimum hour requirement
- Ability to set your own schedule, including evenings and weekends
