About the Role:

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC region, you will be the strategic partner to our business leaders, shaping the future of our organization by identifying and securing top-tier talent across Commercial, Operations, R&D, and G&A functions.

What you will be doing:

  • Architect our Talent Engine: Manage efficient, fast-paced recruiting operations that support our recruitment plans in APAC
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Partner directly with business leaders to build robust pipelines across diverse functions—including Commercial, Operations, R&D, and G&A. You will be the go-to expert for hiring managers across the region
  • Strategic Regional Sourcing: Use your language skills to engage talent natively. Leverage your fluency in English, Japanese, and Mandarin to conduct proactive sourcing, research, and outreach across key markets
  • Build & Optimize: Help define and improve our regional recruiting processes in alignment with our global policies while focusing on ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Relationship Management: Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand the business needs and ensure the most suitable candidates are selected
  • Global Alignment & Employer Brand: Contribute to localized employer branding initiatives that resonate across the APAC market.
  • Cultivate Early-Career Programs: Manage the full-cycle recruitment for seasonal intern cohorts from sourcing to offer.
  • Regional Immigration Support: Act as the local subject matter expert providing hands-on support for immigration and visa processes across all APAC locations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for international talent.

To be successful you will need 

  • Multilingual Fluency: Professional proficiency in English and Japanese is essential to effectively source and engage candidates across our key APAC markets. Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Recruiting Depth: Demonstrable, multi-year, recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing roles across diverse business functions (Commercial, G&A, Operations, and R&D)
  • Strategic Mindset: Experience in proactive primary research. You are comfortable building pipelines from scratch rather than relying solely on inbound applicants
  • Agility & Pace: You thrive in a dynamic environment. You have experience managing multiple complex searches and projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail
