Your Role:
As the Enterprise Territory Manager for Sweden & Finland, you will be the senior face of Tenable in one of the world's most digitally mature and targeted markets. In 2026, "scanning for vulnerabilities" is a baseline commodity; your mission is to help the region’s largest enterprises master Continuous Exposure Management (CEM).
You will drive complex, high-value growth by helping Swedish and Finnish multi-nationals, large enterprises, and critical infrastructure entities unify their risk data across IT, Cloud, Identity, and Operational Technology (OT) using the Tenable One platform.
This isn't just about managing a quota; it’s about navigating complex buying committees and becoming a trusted strategic advisor in a region that deeply values authenticity, long-term collaboration, and technological excellence
Your Opportunity:
- Strategic Enterprise Ownership: Develop and execute a sophisticated, high-touch growth strategy targeting the largest private and public sector organizations across Sweden and Finland.
- The Power of Presence: While we embrace modern hybrid working models, we believe enterprise trust is built in person. You will travel regularly across Sweden and Finland to facilitate deep-dive strategic workshops, build executive rapport, and lead face-to-face engagements that video calls simply cannot replicate.
- Sell the "Platform" Vision: Lead consultative, value-driven engagements around the Tenable One Exposure Management Platform, articulating how AI-driven insights, preventative security, and attack path analysis materially reduce business risk for the C-suite.
- Master the IT/OT Convergence: Capitalize on the Nordics' robust manufacturing, maritime, automotive, and energy sectors, bridging the security gap between corporate IT and industrial OT environments.
- AI-Enhanced Enterprise Engagement: Utilize Tenable’s 2026 suite of advanced AI data and intent tools to map complex enterprise accounts, letting you spend less time on administrative overhead and more time on high-value human interaction.
- Ecosystem & Elite Partner Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with global system integrators (GSIs) and tier-one Nordic MSSPs/partners to deliver "Day 1" value and seamless deployment for complex enterprise environments.
- Predictable Executive Forecasting: Orchestrate regional support resources (including dedicated Enterprise Sales Engineers and Inside Sales) while maintaining pristine pipeline hygiene and accurate, data-backed forecasting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion & Drive to Achieve: You are a self-motivated, elite sales professional who is genuinely passionate about the cybersecurity mission. You view enterprise sales as a byproduct of solving massive, complex infrastructure risk problems.
- The "People Person" & Traveler: You thrive on human connection and corporate diplomacy. You genuinely enjoy hitting the road, understanding that the most impactful enterprise business happens over a coffee in Stockholm or a face-to-face review in Helsinki.
- Proven Enterprise Track Record: 7+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with a demonstrably successful track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals within the Swedish and Finnish enterprise cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure markets.
- High EQ & Intentional Listening: You don’t just pitch features; you listen with intent. You possess the self-awareness and emotional intelligence required to read between the lines, navigating the nuances of Nordic business culture to move from "vendor" to "trusted business partner."
- The "Exposure" Mindset: You sell cyber-risk reduction, not software licenses. You understand that in 2026, identity is the actual perimeter, cloud-native environments are standard, and proactive risk context is everything.
- Cultural Fluency & Regional Nuance: Deep alignment with the flat hierarchies and collaborative business consensus models of Sweden and Finland. Professional proficiency in Swedish and/or Finnish is highly preferred, alongside fluent English.
- Technical & Strategic Curiosity: Comfortable hosting business-value discussions with CISOs and CFOs, while remaining technically agile enough to discuss AI-powered attack path analysis, Zero- Trust architectures, and NIS2/DORA regulatory compliance.
