As our Cluster Sales Manager, you'll lead proactive sales activities across both properties, grow corporate and MICE business, strengthen existing partnerships, and identify new opportunities to maximise revenue. Working closely with our Commercial and Hotel Operations teams, you'll develop tailored solutions that deliver exceptional experiences for our clients while driving commercial success.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Drive new business opportunities: Proactively identify, develop, and secure new corporate, government, leisure, and MICE business across both hotels while expanding existing client relationships.

  • Build long-term partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with clients, travel partners, event organisers, and key stakeholders, becoming their preferred hospitality partner.

  • Grow revenue across both hotels: Develop strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, maximise account performance, and identify opportunities to increase accommodation, meetings, events, and food and beverage revenue.

  • Represent the Hilton brand: Conduct client meetings, hotel site inspections, networking events, and industry functions while showcasing everything our hotels have to offer.

  • Collaborate with our Commercial team: Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, Groups, Meetings & Events, and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences and achieve shared business goals.

  • Deliver results through insight and strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, account performance, and sales opportunities to develop strategies that support revenue growth and long-term success.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
  • Be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
  • Previous experience in a Hotel Sales Manager, Business Development, or similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience managing corporate, MICE, government, or leisure accounts, with a proven ability to generate new business and grow existing partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the Perth hospitality and corporate market.
  • Experience participating in RFP processes, account management, and strategic sales planning
  • The ability to identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in hotel systems (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Market Planner Survey)
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
