Client Engagement Manager (GenAI in Finance)

We’re looking for a Client Engagement Manager (individual contributor) who combines technical expertise with customer-facing skills to provide GenAI solutions to our FSI Enterprise clientele.

Requirements

Work Experience Requirement 

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing enterprise SaaS roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting), ideally working with clients in the financial services industry.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to gather, specify and prioritise requirements together with the customer
• Project management skills with a proven track record of end-to-end project delivery from discovery to implementation and evaluation.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills

Technical specific requirements (nice to have)

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (tool calling, low-level experimentation, prompt engineering)
• Proven experience developing and deploying GenAI solutions in production 
• Experience in full stack development: React and Typescript (front), Node.js and NestJS (back)

General requirements

• Willing to travel and work on client site regularly
• Right to work: This position requires you to live in NY and to have a valid work permit as well as the willingness to visit clients on-site within the USA.

Responsibilities

• Commercial ownership: Manage account health through from onboarding to renewal and expansion, flagging churn risk or upsell opportunities early
• Relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for both users and executive sponsors, building enough trust to surface their hardest workflow problems
• Technical enablement: Translate customer workflows into working solutions using prompt engineering and configuration, and train users to eventually do this themselves
• Product feedback loop: Feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering, and turn learnings from top accounts into playbooks for the team
• Sales partnership: Work closely with Sales during handoff and expansion conversations, providing account context, supporting upsell pitches, and ensuring a smooth transition from deal close to deployment
• AI fluency: Stay current on advances in AI models and techniques, and apply that knowledge to deepen how customers use Unique AI
