Wealth Management provides comprehensive financial advice and services to its clients including brokerage, investment advisory, financial and wealth planning, credit & lending, deposits & cash management, annuities, insurance, retirement and trust services.Morgan Stanley Private Bank, NA is seeking a high potential sales executive to own regional initiatives. The PBG Market Executive will be responsible for driving local sales strategies as well as owning talent development for the PBG Sales Team members in their Region. Job Description/Position Responsibilities Identify, create and implement sales and marketing strategies, tactics and initiatives within their designated markets, to increase product awareness, engagement and penetration to achieve stated goals and objectives. Lead/partner with Region Manager (RM) and Market Managers (MM) to proactively drive key sales and marketing priorities to achieve defined business objectives and targets.Identify and execute immediate action plans for underperforming markets; overseeing weekly progress towards planDevelop strong partnerships with WM field management (Market Executives, Market Managers, BDMs, etc) to co-own and deliver private banking strategies.Partner with RM to lead ongoing MM/Banker talent/performance assessments and centralize/oversee regional recruiting process to identify, source and establish contact with potential candidates.Partner with COO Learning & Development Team to prioritize & deploy training programs for each job familyEnsure adherence to all regulatory and compliance procedures.Member of MSPBNA Sales Management team. Participate in business planning and strategy for Sales.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of successful business development experience in lending, deposit and cash management products with an investment, commercial or private bankMinimum of 5 years managing a business development team within an investment, commercial or private bank is preferredProven new business development / origination experience with Lending productsExperience in understanding the financial needs of all types of clientsCompletion of formal credit training strongly preferredBachelor’s DegreeSkills/Abilities:Proven people and project management skills. Motivates direct reports and partners to action.Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast-paced environmentPossess excellent oral and written communication skills.
