A Day in the Life

Requisitos específicos:
1. Idioma (Mandatorio)
• Inglés Avanzado/Bilingüe: Dominio fluido para redactar, conversar y coordinar temas complejos con stakeholders corporativos y globales sin necesidad de revisión.
2. Experiencia y Entorno
• Requisito Base: Mínimo 4 años de experiencia demostrable dando soporte directo a nivel gerencial o directivo.
• Diferenciador: Experiencia en entornos corporativos complejos, matriciales o de manufactura regulada. Capacidad para adaptarse a una cultura de alta exigencia, calidad y ritmo ágil.
3. Dominio Tecnológico y Digital
• Office 365 Avanzado: Fluidez en el ecosistema completo (gestión de agendas en Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) y deseable conocimiento en automatización de tareas recurrentes (ej. Power Automate).
• Inteligencia Artificial (El Plus Estratégico): Interés o experiencia utilizando IA generativa para optimizar el trabajo diario (sintetizar minutas, redactar borradores de comunicaciones internas, estructurar presentaciones).
4. Mentalidad de Ejecución (Lean Administrativo)
• Proactividad y Agilidad de Aprendizaje: Capacidad para identificar cuellos de botella administrativos y proponer procesos estándar para que no vuelvan a ocurrir.
• Resolución Independiente: Alto nivel de criterio para actuar como el primer filtro del staff, sabiendo exactamente qué temas escalar y cuáles resolver de forma autónoma.
5. Soporte Estratégico en Comunicación y Cultura
• Ejecución de la Comunicación: Capacidad para orquestar la táctica logística detrás de la comunicación gerencial, asegurando que los mensajes lleguen oportunamente a todos los niveles y turnos de la operación.
• Foco Cultural: Actuar como facilitador para que los comunicados internos, presentaciones y eventos se enfoquen en la mejora de la cultura, reforzando activamente los valores de la compañía y la generación de buenos comportamientos.
• Interacción y Liderazgo: Habilidad para comunicarse asertivamente desde niveles operativos hasta visitas ejecutivas, y capacidad para guiar a asistentes de menor nivel mediante el ejemplo y la estandarización de procesos.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
  • Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
  • May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

OFFICE SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.

Autonomy: Seasoned individual contributor who provides assistance and training to lower level employees.
Performs a wide variety of non-routine clerical and administrative tasks and may support special projects or assignments.
Works under limited supervision.

Organizational Impact: Works to deliver day-to-day objectives with significant impact on achievement of results for the job area Work involves obtaining or providing information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation.
Work consists of tasks that are typically not routine.

Innovation and Complexity: Makes minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area .
Expected to independently propose solutions to problems for manager review.

Communication and Influence: Communicates typically with internal and external contacts .
Obtains and provides information on matters of moderate importance to the job area.

Leadership and Talent Management: Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience .
