Management Positions)Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role Perform process transfer, process development, optimization and qualification for technology transfer and/or used tool transferDevelopment of innovative processes and process characterization methodologies for existing and new technologies.Partnering with production module/department, technology integration, planning, business divisions and global process development counter parts in mapping and enabling future technologies.Perform process stability, sustaining and improvement to meet overall company targetsPerform integration block re-use and tool extendibility to maximize re-use strategyPerform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes and process change managementInitiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, productivity and quality improvement projectsInterface between production module/department, technology integration & quality engineering on daily routinesYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalentAt least 5 years working and hands-on experience in wafer fab metrology setup, measurement matching, and related equipment engineeringExperience and have good methodical technique in technology synchronization and process harmonizationGood knowledge in semiconductor unit processes, process integration, device physics and products will be of added advantageGood hands-on experience on wafer fabrication processes, equipment and metrologyTechnology and or product transfer, qualification and high-volume ramp-up know-how Highly innovative, motivated and stress resistant individual with zero defect mindsetStrong problem-solving skills and prefer working in an international teamA good team player and able to communicate effectively in cross functional teams and at all levels#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
