Responsibilities:
- Serve as first level administrative contact for Field Sales and Inside Sales support.
- Daily management of Deal Desk including deal registrations and special pricing requests.
- Assist with documentation of Desk Deal requests
- Facilitate and communicate necessary approvals for all requests
- Provide metrics, tracking, and any required record management of deal desk requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding deal desk requests
- Work with team and management to identify process improvement and/or sales training opportunities
- Meet or beat published service level agreements for deal desk.
- Able to identify and analyze problems and resolve them within the scope of his or her ability and authority; involves supervisor, other team members, technical support staff or other Fortinet departments as appropriate.
- Perform all job functions with a positive, professional attitude.

- Build custom Salesforce reports based on Rep/Manager needs.
Required Skills
- Strong computer skills with advanced skills in Excel
- Experience with Analytic Tools and/or Point of Sale (POS) systems a plus
