About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale the company’s B2B marketing strategy across the entire customer journey.

This is not a coordinator role.

You’ll own the complete marketing engine—from generating demand and building brand awareness to optimizing conversion funnels and driving measurable revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness through customer acquisition and retention.
  • Partner closely with leadership and sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Build, mentor, and manage internal marketing resources and external contractors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Multi-Channel Campaign Management

Lead and optimize campaigns across:

  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • SEO
  • Email Marketing
  • Outbound Campaigns
  • Partnerships & Collaborations

You will:

  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee messaging, positioning, and creative direction.
  • Ensure consistent branding across every customer touchpoint.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance.

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Launch campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Build scalable lead-generation systems.
  • Improve landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Execute A/B testing across ads, emails, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with content, design, sales, and technical teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Continuously test new acquisition channels and marketing strategies.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track and optimize key marketing metrics, including:

  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Marketing ROI
  • Website Traffic
  • Conversion Rates
  • Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion

You will:

  • Build dashboards and executive reports.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Make data-driven decisions that improve marketing performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing leadership.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives in roles such as:
    • Digital Marketing Manager
    • Senior Marketing Manager
    • Growth Marketing Manager
    • Growth Lead
    • Head of Marketing

Technical Skills

Proven experience managing:

  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads

Strong experience with:

  • Marketing automation platforms
  • CRM systems
