  • Partnering with project finance stakeholders to support effort tracking, forecasting, revenue reconciliation, billing activities, and scope change management
  • Preparing project status reports, metrics, and materials for internal and client-facing meetings
  • Ensuring project documentation remains complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for project team members
  • Identifying data inconsistencies, emerging risks, and operational issues, escalating concerns proactively
  • Supporting the continuous improvement and standardization of project management tools, templates, and reporting practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency with project reporting and collaboration tools

Preferred

  • Experience within Regulatory Affairs, life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or pharmaceutical environments
  • Exposure to project governance, financial tracking, forecasting, or operational reporting
  • Interest in developing a career in project management and delivery leadership

In this role, you'll help create:

  • Accurate and timely project reporting that supports informed decision-making
  • Strong project governance and compliance with delivery processes
