A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following: 

  • Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with IT leadership
  • Coordination: Organize and track project activities, ensuring alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, risk logs, and status reports
  • Communication: Facilitate regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Financial Reporting: Consolidate input from finance on actual project spend, update of financial forecast, and reporting of project budget status.
  • Risk Management: Support identification and mitigation of project risks in collaboration with compliance and risk teams
  • Support Delivery: Ensure project milestones are met by coordinating resources and monitoring task completion

Required Knowledge: 

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT environments

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, compliance frameworks, and risk management processes

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello)

  • Stakeholder management experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
