Accountabilities:

    • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for risk, trust, and payment security capabilities, translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
    • Act as the primary driver for platform initiatives, defining requirements, APIs, event-driven architectures, and technical priorities across fraud screening, card vaulting, account updating, and portfolio migration.
    • Lead a highly autonomous cross-functional team, partnering closely with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-impact platform capabilities.
    • Drive the evolution toward AI-powered and autonomous fraud prevention solutions, reducing manual processes and improving scalability for global payment operations.
    • Ensure production excellence by promoting a strong ownership culture, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring that teams are accountable for the systems they build and operate.
    • Champion scalable, secure, and observable architectures designed for multi-tenant environments, elastic growth, and operational resilience.
    • Use data-driven prioritization frameworks to evaluate opportunities, balance technical investments, and create structured roadmaps aligned with business impact.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams to communicate technical trade-offs and align execution with long-term strategic goals.
    • Requirements:

      • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or similar role within highly technical environments, ideally working on platforms, infrastructure, payments, fintech, fraud, or security-related products.
      • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven platforms, and modern software development practices.
      • Experience leading complex platform products and collaborating closely with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and reliability decisions.
      • Ability to understand and discuss technologies such as cloud infrastructure, serverless environments, microservices, Kotlin/Go, gRPC, REST APIs, and related engineering practices.
      • Demonstrated ability to drive execution, remove blockers, manage dependencies across multiple teams, and improve delivery performance.
      • Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence, customer needs, and business priorities.
      • Experience working with risk management, fraud detection, payment security, tokenization, PCI compliance, or card infrastructure is highly preferred.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders and clearly explain complex concepts.
      • A proactive “maker” mindset, with a preference for building scalable, modular, and sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive compensation package.
        • Fully remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere.
        • Home office allowance to help create an effective working environment.
        • Company-provided work equipment.
        • Stock options.
        • Health plan coverage wherever you are.
        • Flexible days off.
