Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of Data Center construction projects in Vietnam, from pre-construction through handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, contractors, project delivery, quality, safety, cost, and schedule compliance in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall construction activities for Data Center projects including CSA, MEP, ELV, and utility coordination
• Manage project schedules, construction sequencing, recovery plans, and milestone delivery
• Monitor project budgets, variation orders, cost control, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC teams, subcontractors, and local authorities
• Ensure construction quality complies with project specifications, international standards, and Data Center requirements
• Enforce HSE standards in accordance with Vietnam regulations and client safety requirements
• Oversee testing & commissioning activities and project handover processes
• Participate in design reviews, constructability assessments, and value engineering initiatives
• Manage project documentation including permits, inspections, as-built drawings, and close-out records
• Resolve technical and construction issues to maintain progress and project performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience in industrial, mission-critical, Data Center, or high-tech manufacturing projects
• Strong experience managing CSA and MEP works for large-scale projects
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ mechanical/electrical engineering, or related disciplines
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams effectively
• Good English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Possession of a valid Construction Practice Certificate (Chứng chỉ hành nghề hoạt động xây dựng) issued in Vietnam is preferred
• Class I or Class II Construction Supervision Certificate (Giám sát thi công xây dựng Hạng I / II) is highly preferred depending on project scale
• Experience working on projects requiring approval from Vietnamese authorities and industrial zone management boards
• Ability to coordinate with local authorities including Department of Construction, Fire Prevention Police (PCCC), and utility agencies
