New YorkFullTime$81k–$99kPosted Jul 17, 2026

Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role Purpose

With FDA approval clearing the way for Neko's US clinic network and the NYC clinic launching in September, this role is the first dedicated procurement and logistics hire for US Clinic Operations.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Specialist to support the daily procurement and logistics requirements of the Clinic Operations function in the United States. This is an entry-level procurement role designed to support the operational scaling of Neko Health's US clinic network following FDA approval. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day ordering, supplier coordination, and logistics workflows supporting clinic consumables, supplies, and operational materials.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment, contributing to the establishment of foundational procurement processes for the US market. This role is designed to grow with the business: as the US clinic network scales post-FDA approval, there is potential for the role holder to learn and expand responsibilities into category management, supplier relationship management, and contract management.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

• Take ownership of daily procurement requirements for US Clinic Operations, ensuring timely execution and resolution of purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier queries.

• Support all procurement and logistics activities related to clinic consumables, operational supplies, and facilities services, ensuring value for money, compliance, and service continuity.

• Manage the end-to-end logistics workflow for clinic supplies, including import/export coordination, carrier management, storage, stock management, and last-mile delivery to US clinic sites, liaising directly with our 3PL partner.

• Raise and manage Purchase Orders in compliance with internal purchasing policies and approval levels.

• Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain up-to-date supplier records within the procurement system.

• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency as the US clinic network scales.

• Ensure the end-to-end procurement process runs efficiently and in compliance with internal controls and the US regulatory environment.

• Assist in monitoring and balancing workload across the procurement function, flagging bottlenecks and escalating issues as required.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Clinic Operations, Finance, and the EMEA procurement team to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Support the preparation of procurement performance reports and KPIs.

• Contribute to catalogue management and preferred supplier frameworks for clinic consumables.

Minimum Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.

• Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows and operational procurement best practices.

• Experience coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, ideally including domestic and international freight.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central or equivalent)
