[Senior Level] HR Director - Multi-State Retail HR Compliance & Operations (22602-1)
Role responsibilities
Define and execute the company-wide HR strategy aligned with rapid, multi-state retail growth. Oversee the HRIS and payroll infrastructure via ADP, ensuring multi-state payroll integrity and compliance across 100+ retail locations.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in an HR leadership role. Multi-site retail or hospitality experience is strongly preferred, along with hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience.
