As a Data Analyst, you will help drive the analysis behind critical decisions related to operations, process, and optimizations. What you’ll do
- Perform deep-dive analyses on large datasets to unpack insights and recommend solutions to complex business problems.
- Build and maintain data products, such as dashboards and automated reports, to ensure teams have a 360° view of critical decision-making dimensions.
- Translate ambiguous questions into data-driven recommendations, communicating complex technical concepts in a simple and concise manner to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to build analytics solutions and drive operational efficiency.
- Own the data validation and quality assurance process, ensuring that all technical output is thorough and meets high standards for accuracy.
- Navigate shifting priorities and technical debt while identifying patterns to improve existing processes and help the business move forward.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of technical experience in a data-focused role, such as business analytics and intelligence or data science and engineering
- SQL proficiency with proven ability to write and understand complex queries
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- High technical proficiency in common analytics & reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets/Excel).
- Experience in Python
- Experience working with customer support or customer insights.
- Advanced data analysis skills leading to actionable recommendations.
- Experience in leading high-visibility projects and influencing others in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Curious, self-directed, and impact-driven—you chase high-impact problems to deliver solutions.
