Accountabilities:

    The Deployment Strategist will own relationships with public sector customers, ensuring they successfully adopt and leverage intelligence solutions to support their missions. This role requires a balance of strategic advisory, technical expertise, customer enablement, and rapid response capabilities.

    • Manage a portfolio of public sector accounts, acting as the primary strategic partner between customers and internal teams.
    • Support government agencies and law enforcement organizations in scaling investigative capabilities and maximizing platform adoption.
    • Provide timely guidance on complex investigative workflows, including cryptocurrency tracing methodologies and intelligence analysis.
    • Create and deliver customer training sessions, onboarding programs, and enablement resources tailored to different user skill levels.
    • Respond quickly to urgent customer requests, investigations, and operational challenges while maintaining high-quality support.
    • Develop client communications, including intelligence updates and alerts related to emerging threats and regulatory changes.
    • Validate customer approaches, recommend best practices, and help users improve their investigative processes.
    • Partner with internal teams to identify customer needs, improve product adoption, and strengthen long-term relationships.
    • Participate in customer reviews, recurring check-ins, and escalation management to ensure continued success.
    • Use AI tools to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance decision-making while applying strong judgment and verification practices.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in government investigations, customer-facing advisory roles, and technical intelligence environments. They should be comfortable working with complex information, training diverse audiences, and operating in fast-moving situations where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.

      • Prior experience working within government, law enforcement, intelligence communities, or as an embedded contractor supporting these environments.
      • Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency tracing, blockchain investigations, or related digital intelligence workflows.
      • Proven experience managing high-trust customer relationships from onboarding through adoption and long-term partnership development.
      • Strong ability to explain complex investigative concepts and technical workflows to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
      • Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or enablement sessions.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
      • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize customer impact and deliver measurable outcomes.
      • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and the ability to apply AI effectively to improve productivity and operational performance.
      • Ability to support occasional urgent response needs, including participation in an on-call rotation aligned with customer requirements.
