Accountabilities:

    As a System Administrator III, you will support the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise technology infrastructure. You will serve as a technical resource for infrastructure initiatives, troubleshooting, security, and operational improvements.

    • Map relationships and dependencies between IT platforms, infrastructure components, end-user technologies, and communication networks.
    • Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions to maintain system reliability and availability.
    • Design and deploy system monitoring, performance optimization, and health-check solutions.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain backup strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
    • Create and maintain system documentation, configuration baselines, technical standards, and operational procedures.
    • Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, solutions, and infrastructure improvements.
    • Support incident escalation processes and coordinate resources to resolve critical issues within service level expectations.
    • Participate in disaster recovery and continuity of operations exercises, testing, and response activities.
    • Maintain security controls, system integrity, and compliance requirements across infrastructure environments.
    • Prepare technical documentation, training materials, reports, and knowledge resources.
    • Evaluate hardware and software solutions, including cost analysis and return-on-investment considerations.
    • Support identity management solutions and related technologies to maintain secure access environments.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced systems administrator with strong infrastructure knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex technical environments.

      • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
      • Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud-based environments.
      • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, monitoring data, and performance metrics to resolve complex issues.
      • Experience with identity management platforms such as Entra ID, OKTA, Ping Identity, or similar solutions.
      • Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy Management, and enterprise authentication technologies preferred.
      • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, particularly Azure environments, is preferred.
      • Understanding of Zero Trust security principles is a plus.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
      • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to accuracy, documentation, and follow-through.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and industry-standard IT tools.
      • Ability to pass required background and drug screening processes.
      • Must possess identification compliant with the Real ID Act at the time of hire.
      • Ability to obtain and maintain required government security credentials and clearances.
