The Junior Consultant exercises judgment when following detailed instructions and is responsible for working independently to support consulting engagements, focusing on resolving routine and semi-routine technical issues of limited to moderate complexity. This role works with minimal instruction to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines. The Junior Consultant contributes to project success by applying foundational knowledge and seeking guidance from senior team members when needed.

This role emphasizes developing practical consulting skills and technical proficiency.

Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.
 

  • Execute assigned tasks within consulting engagements, adhering to established methodologies and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of project documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in client meetings and interactions, gaining experience in communication and relationship management.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support consulting projects, presenting findings to senior team members.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior consultants for resolution.
