In this role, you will lead the strategic planning, implementation and optimization of our Kinaxis platform, driving supply chain excellence across the organization. You will combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful solutions that enhance planning efficiency and organizational performance.Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Kinaxis solutions to support demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiativesManage end-to-end system implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and minimal business disruptionAnalyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations that drive operational efficiencyOversee the development and maintenance of planning models, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholdersDirect cross-functional teams including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users to ensure successful system adoption and utilizationEstablish and enforce best practices for system governance, data quality, and process standardization across the planning functionIdentify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, implementing solutions that enhance performance and reduce operational costsProvide strategic guidance on system enhancements, technology upgrades, and emerging planning methodologies to support organizational growthCollaborate with senior leadership to align system capabilities with business objectives and strategic initiativesMentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellenceQualifications12+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or business systems management5+ years of hands-on experience with KinaxisRapidResponse platform, including configuration, customization, and optimizationProven experience leading system implementations and managing complex technical projects from conception through deploymentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsProficiency in data analysis, SQL queries, and reporting tools to extract and interpret planning dataDemonstrated expertise in supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planningExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and their integration with planning platformsExcellent project management capabilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundariesKnowledge of process improvement methodologies and...
