Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.  Position Summary The Concessions Stand Lead is a high-energy, guest-facing position responsible for overseeing day-of-event operations for an assigned concession stand at The Bushnell. Concessions Stand Leads play a key role in elevating the fan experience by delivering fast, friendly, and responsible service directly to guests on the concourse. This role requires strong communication skills, mobility, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role ensures staff readiness, product quality, and consistent delivery of OVG standards. Concessions Stand Leads support the Concessions Management team by supervising staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring equipment functionality, and resolving guest concerns. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 16, 2026. Responsibilities Assign positions, guide staff performance, and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure the stand is fully stocked, clean, and event-ready.Monitor food and beverage quality, temperature, and presentation.Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when needed.Track product usage, request restocks, and prevent shortages. Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Report equipment issues and ensure proper functionality.Communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.Other duties as assigned.
