Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $163,000.00/yr Meta is seeking a experienced and results-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager, who will be responsible for the dedicated management of third-party logistics (3PL) operations across Meta’s centralized warehouse network. This position acts as the key operational liaison between Meta and our 3PL providers. You will drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance with Meta’s company standards, and directly support the anticipated centralized warehouse growth in 2026.This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods, supplies, and equipment across our warehouses, data centers, and POP/Hut network.Warehouse Operations Manager Responsibilities:Engage with internal customers and gain an understanding of their current and future needsShape the customer-facing vision of the team and the roadmap for internal activities in support of the visionActs as the focal point of communication with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers at all levelsResponsible for leading logistics vendors’ execution in a manner that is compliant with Meta policies and proceduresDevelops, implements, and manages operational and financial objectives and key results (OKRs) through key performance indicators (KPIs).
