Accountabilities

    You will lead the creative strategy and execution for creator and partnership campaigns, ensuring all outputs are aligned with performance goals and brand standards. You will act as the key bridge between partnerships, performance marketing, and production teams, turning commercial objectives into clear and effective creative direction. You will develop briefs, guide content production, and ensure assets are optimised for both paid and organic distribution across multiple formats and platforms.

    • Lead creative concepting for partner shoots, including briefs, mood boards, and art direction guidance
    • Translate partnership agreements into performance-driven creative across paid and organic channels
    • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimise creative for testing and scale
    • Write structured briefs for creators, podcasts, YouTube, and paid media activations
    • Oversee creative output for key sponsorships, ensuring consistency across EDMs, social, and digital assets
    • Analyse creative performance data and iterate future strategies based on insights
    • Support production coordination with external partners and internal teams
    • Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all partner touchpoints
    • Requirements

      You bring strong experience in creative strategy, content production, or partnership-driven marketing, ideally within D2C, sports, entertainment, or creator-led environments. You are confident working with both creative and performance teams, and you understand what makes content perform in paid media contexts, not just what looks good. You are highly organised, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.

      • 4–7 years of experience in creative strategy, content, production, or partnerships roles
      • Strong ability to translate commercial objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs
      • Experience across multiple content formats: social, YouTube, email, podcast, and live/event content
      • Understanding of paid media fundamentals and performance-driven creative principles
      • Proven ability to manage external partners, creators, and production stakeholders
      • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns
      • Excellent communication skills and confidence in partner-facing interactions
      • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or D2C environments is highly valued
