If this sounds like you, we have customers adopting our product, and we would love to have you on our team to impress them with your ability to exceed their expectations!Location: Texas (Remote)You will make an impact by being responsible for: Owning the overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfactionEstablishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and driving the continued value of our products and servicesDeveloping, preparing, and nurturing customers for advocacyWorking with clients to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators, and aid the customer in achieving their goalsWorking to identify and/or develop upsell opportunitiesWorking only with our largest customers who represent a significant amount of upsellYou will be a great fit if you have: 6+ years’ experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. Technology background strongly preferred (SaaS, RPA, or Computer Software)Bachelor’s degree required.  MBA is a plusPrior experience in closing sales deals with clients of all sizes at the executive levelExperience with Salesforce or other Force.com platformsProficient in Office softwareExperience in building successful intelligent automation programs resulting in significant value to the business enterpriseTravel up to 15%You excel in these key competencies: You’re driven: No one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you areEager to learn, adapt, and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good useImpeccable written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and analyticalStrong team player but still a self-starterThrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-flyThe on-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives) for this position are $215,000 to $225,000 a year.
