Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end distribution operations, ensuring inventory alignment, healthy sell-through, and proactive handling of aging or excess stock to optimize working capital efficiency.
- Own deal desk workflows including deal registration, quoting accuracy, pricing approvals, and coordination between sales teams, distributors, and resellers to reduce friction and accelerate cycle times.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes across inventory, quoting, and registration systems, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- Develop and strengthen strategic distributor relationships through joint planning, shared performance goals, and ongoing partnership optimization to drive mutual growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on key distribution performance metrics, providing clear, business-oriented insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- 3–5+ years of experience in distribution, channel operations, or two-tier partner environments, including exposure to inventory management, deal desk processes, and quoting/registration systems.
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving seamlessly between high-level business priorities and operational detail.
- Demonstrated success in relationship management, with the ability to build trust while holding partners accountable to performance and commercial outcomes.
- Highly organized, proactive, and action-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to drive clarity and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where priorities shift and multiple workstreams must be managed simultaneously.
- Annual base salary of $85,000–$95,000 USD with additional variable bonus potential.
