Accountabilities
- Own and continuously enhance Global Revenue Operations metrics, delivering accurate reporting and strategic insights for executive stakeholders.
- Develop advanced Excel-based forecasting models to optimize inventory management, excess inventory strategies, and end-of-life product planning.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting revenue performance and inventory health.
- Design scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, and Route-to-Market teams to improve demand planning and product transition strategies.
- Drive process optimization through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations that support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in analytics-focused roles within Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory Management, or related functions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modeling, PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and Power Query or similar automation capabilities.
- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience owning business metrics from data collection through executive-level reporting.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as SAP, Power BI, or SAP BusinessObjects is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory forecasting, revenue planning, and AI-enabled analytics tools is an advantage.
- PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications are considered a plus.
- Fully remote position within eligible locations across the United States.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $84,300 to $121,500, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
